Every time we hire a new employee for our law firm, we need to recruit. This is usually a multi-stage process because before we hire an employee, we need to be sure that this is a candidate who meets our expectations and identifies with the law firm's values.

People who take part in the recruitment process and want to join our team usually go through a six-stage pathway.

Step 1 - Analysis and verification of CV

Step 2 - Invitation to an interview

Step 3 - Analytical tests/case studies/verification of knowledge

Step 4 - Meeting with the head of the department/management board

Step 5 - Feedback

Step 6 - Signature of the employment contract.

In addition to the standard recruitment process of verifying a candidate's qualifications and experience, getting to know them through their hard skills, i.e. the skills they have, which they have previously acquired, we pay great attention to find out what kind of person the candidate is and what values they hold. This allows us to react at a very early stage in the hiring process and decide whether the person will fit in with the rest of the team and, therefore, whether they will feel comfortable in their new working environment. On the other hand, showing respect to those already employed so that the new colleague adapts more quickly to the new position.

Depending on the type of recruitment, this time frame can be from two days to three weeks. Then, after each stage, the candidate is informed at what time the recruiter will notify them of the next step.
