  1. For us, the protection of the personal information of Users is of the utmost importance. We make every effort to ensure that Users can feel safe when entrusting their personal information to us when using the website.
  2. A User is a natural person, legal person or organization without a legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, using the electronic services provided by the website.
  3. This Privacy Policy explains the rules and scope of processing of the User’s personal data, the User’s rights, as well as the obligations of the data controller, and provides information on the use of cookies.

    • GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ L 119, May 4, 2016), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we would like to inform you that:

    3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

a) interaction via the contact form, handling requests and responding to requests – based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
b) sending newsletters based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
c) maintaining a Facebook fanpage, and in particular:

administering and managing the Firm’s fanpage, including responding to user posts and comments, as well as monitoring user-posted content – the legal basis for processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest in ensuring that the Firm is able to communicate via the Messenger application – the legal basis for processing is the Firm’s legitimate interest.

In addition, we would like to inform you that the administrator of Facebook, as a provider of fanpage-related tools and the Messenger app, is a joint controller in relation to the data of persons using the fanpage or the Messenger app and may process their data for its own purposes based on other legal grounds. In particular, Facebook, based on its own provisions and policies, may collect and process information contained in cookies stored on the devices of fanpage visitors. Based on this data, Facebook may create anonymized overviews and statistics (e.g. regarding the number or profile of fanpage visitors), which may be made available to the Firm as the fanpage administrator.

d) maintaining a LinkedIn account, in particular:

administering and managing the Firm’s Account, including responding to user posts and comments, the legal basis for processing is the Firm’s legitimate interest in ensuring that it is able to respond to persons who approach it.

In addition, we would like to inform you that the administrator of LinkedIn is a joint controller in relation to the data of persons using the service.

  1. Categories of personal data include but are not limited to: first name, last name, phone number, email address, login, password.
  2. Recipients of your personal data will be limited to entities authorized by law to obtain personal data and processors engaged in processing of requests on behalf of the controller.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the controller’s legitimate interest, unless you object to the processing.
  4. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to have the data rectified and erased, to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of any processing performed based on your consent before its withdrawal; the right to complain to the supervisory authority – the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw, if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on personal data protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, p. 1).
  5. Your data will not be transferred to any third countries or international organizations.
  6. The data you provide may be subject to automated decision-making and profiling.
  7. Personal data are provided on a voluntary basis, however if you refuse to provide your data, case status information may not be provided or your newsletter subscription may be cancelled.

Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Ryszewski Szubierajski Sp. k. and its service providers use ‘cookies’, ‘pixel tags’ and other digital data personalization technologies on their websites. We also use ‘pixel tags’ in our newsletters. A ‘cookie’ is a very small piece of information stored in the form of a text file placed on your computer. A ‘pixel tag’ file is a small image file which tells us that you have visited one of our websites. Other data collection

Aside from the data we obtain using cookies, we also store other data on our servers. These include mainly IP addresses, the time of receipt of a query on our server, information about the type and version of the operating system and browser. We store the data we have collected primarily to ensure superior quality of website administration. In addition, we use them to compile usage statistics for our website. Data collected using ‘cookies’ are not disclosed to third parties, except to legally authorized public authorities.

    • NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
  1. A User may place an order for Services consisting in the delivery of Newsletters by submitting a statement by email.
  2. We address the correspondence to the User in connection with the delivery of the Newsletter to the email address the User has provided in the Form.
  3. If a User subscribes to the Newsletter, which contains commercial information within the meaning of the Act on provision of electronic services, he or she will be given the opportunity to express an optional consent to receive any commercial information from the Service Provider in electronic form, in particular to the email address provided in the Form and in his or her User’s Account.
  4. Withdrawal of the User’s consent to receive commercial information electronically gives us the right to immediately discontinue the Newsletter subscription service to that User to the extent that it contains the commercial information in respect of which the consent to receive electronic information has been revoked.
  5. Use of the Newsletter service is subject to the User having an active and correctly set up email account. Each Newsletter will contain the sender’s details, a filled email subject line, and information on how to cancel the Service or change its parameters. In the event of any change to the parameters relating to the data stored in the User Account, the User undertakes to immediately update the data stored in the User Account.
  6. The User has the right to unsubscribe from the Newsletters at any time. The Newsletter subscription service is free of charge.
