On 22-24 September 2022 in Wrocław, the Association of Financial Enterprises in Poland is organising for the first time in a 3-day formula the Debt Management Days. Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Ryszewski Szubierajski has become the Main Partner of this event, part of which is the XIII Congress on Credit Management which will take place on 22-23 September 2022 at the National Music Centre.
The event will be a meeting place for representatives of the entire credit management sector with the participation of many distinguished participants. Joint discussions, panels and debates, the exchange of opinions - including on new technologies, have a significant impact on the creation of modern and ethical processes in the field of debt management.
We take an active part in the Congress: Michał Ryszewski - legal counsel, Managing Partner of the Firm, will participate in the debate devoted to effective processes at the stage of enforcement proceedings , while Arkadiusz Skwarek - attorney-at-law, Head of the Enforcement Service and Bailiff Monitoring Department , will participate in the Stage Pitches section - what's new in debt collection, with a topic devoted to the acquisition and use of data in enforcement processes.
