An expert with many years of expertise in liability law (tort and contractual), insurance law (including compulsory and personal insurance, insurance crime), contract law (including transport law, real estate management, debt collection, commercial companies), business law, inheritance law, enforcement law, protection of personal rights (in civil and criminal proceedings).

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź, completed legal adviser training at the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Łódź and the English Language Centre programme at the University of Łódź. He speaks English fluently, using proper legal and business language, as confirmed by CAE, Legal English TOLES and BEC certificates.

He participates in legal workshops, training courses and conferences. He regularly publishes articles and commentaries on insurance company service processes in Rzeczpospolita, a national daily newspaper, and Gazeta Ubezpieczeniowa magazine. He also makes expert statements for online media and speaks at webinars for financial sector entities.

He has been working for the Firm since 2020 as an Expert providing services to large financial institutions – insurance companies in compulsory and voluntary insurance litigation cases, as well as to individual clients, both consumers and entrepreneurs in cases involving civil, business, administrative, social insurance, and labour law. Furthermore, his job responsibilities include providing litigation services to a property management companies, in particular in cases involving evictions and payment of rent or compensation for use without a valid agreement.
