An expert with a few years of experience in legal services, specializing in cases involving liability in tort and in contract in the context of liability for damage, insurance and inheritance law, debt enforcement, labor and social insurance law. Kamil is also very experienced in corporate, civil and bankruptcy law (providing services to individuals and legal entities).

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed his legal adviser training at the Warsaw Bar Association. He is fluent in English and uses it on a daily basis.

A speaker facilitating webinars on corporate, bankruptcy and inheritance law, author of articles published in Rzeczpospolita and Gazeta Ubezpieczeniowa magazines.

He joined the Firm in 2017 and has run a large number of service projects addressed to individuals and legal entities – banks, insurers and home-owner associations. On a daily basis, Kamil provides legal services to undertakings and individuals, and handles legal proceedings of insurance companies concerning voluntary and compulsory insurance.
