An expert with many years of experience in enforcement proceedings, with a particular focus on foreclosure. He worked for one of the largest debt management law firms for 10 years. He coordinated the work of a team which handled several thousand cases involving claims for payment at the enforcement stage. He has designed a number of innovative solutions aimed at improving the effectiveness of enforcement proceedings, as well as process automation.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and completed his legal training as an advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association.
He regularly upgrades his skills by participating in legal trainings.
At the Firm, he is responsible for managing and coordinating the work of a team, including enforcement monitoring, and he supervises the quality of ongoing enforcement proceedings. His daily tasks also include monitoring legislative changes for their impact on the work of his unit.
