Michał specializes in civil law, business insurance law, corporate law and litigation law. He has acquired his professional experience providing services to financial market players, including banks, insurance companies and lending companies.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and completed his legal adviser training at the Warsaw Bar Association.

A speaker and panelist at industry conferences. He has many years of experience as a trainer, especially in the area of claims management and civil procedure. Author of publications on debt service issues, writing for Rzeczpospolita and Puls Biznesu dailies, Wprost weekly and bankingmagazine.pl.

At the Firm, he is in charge of services for corporate Clients, legal services and cooperation with institutional Clients in the field of debt collection. He also has extensive experience in legal services and litigation related to housing and real estate law.
