A practitioner with many years of experience, specialising in civil procedure and business insurance law, with a particular focus on litigated claims against Insurers, as well as claims asserted by Insurers in criminal proceedings, including but not limited to insurance fraud.

He graduated from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and completed his legal adviser training at the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw.

Experienced expert and speaker at training events for Insurers. He has authored numerous publications on insurance, including in Gazeta Ubezpieczeniowa magazine and on the Firm’s social media channels. For several years, he has been delivering webinars on business insurance for management and employees of Insurers.

He has been with the Firm since the first year of his legal adviser training in 2013. He has had a real impact on the development of the Firm, handling its growth strategy, while also being responsible for providing services to individuals and businesses in civil law, insurance law, including social security, as well as family law and housing law cases.

Currently, as Director of the Insurance Litigation Department, his responsibility is to provide end-to-end litigation support to reputable Insurers as a leader of a large legal team.
